¿Qué es Float?
Free Float is the number of acciones available for public negociación, excluding acciones held by insiders, promoters, and locked-up acciones. It represents the acciones that can actually be bought and sold in the mercado.
Piénsalo así
Imagina a parking lot with 1000 spaces (total acciones). But 400 are reserved for employees and VIPs (restricted acciones). Only 600 spaces are available to the public (free float). Bajo availability means it's harder to find parking!
Fórmula
Free Float = Total Acciones - Restricted Acciones (insider mantenerings, locked acciones)- Total Acciones: Acciones en circulación
- Restricted Acciones: Insider mantenerings, locked acciones
