¿Qué es ROE?

ROE measures how much ganancia a empresa generars with accionista money. It shows the percentage return on accionista capital.

You invertir $10,000 in a friend's business (your capital). If they generar $1,500 ganancia yearly, your ROE is 15%. Compare to a bond pagaring 5% - the business gives 3x better returns!

Fórmula

ROE = Net Income / Accionista Capital
  • Net Income: Empresa's total ganancia after all expenses
  • Accionista Capital: Total activos minus total pasivos
