SMA smooths precio action by averaging precios over a period. 50-day SMA shows short-term tendencia, 200-day shows long-term tendencia.

SMA = Sum of Precios / Number of Days- Precio Sum: Total of closing precios
- Period: Number of days (50, 100, 200)
