## Qu'est-ce que Flottant %?

Le Flottant Libre % est le pourcentage d'actions totales librement disponibles pour la négociation publique. Il montre quelle portion de l'entreprise est réellement liquide versus verrouillée par les initiés.

## Imaginez-le comme ceci

Si une entreprise est un hôtel avec 100 chambres, mais le propriétaire vit dans 40 chambres en permanence, seulement 60% de l'hôtel est disponible aux clients (60% flottant libre). Faible flottant % signifie contrôle initié concentré.
