Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Signal Screener Stock Picker mobile application (the "App") operated by SAS Corvaisier ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

4. Data Accuracy

We provide data "as is" without warranty of any kind. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Always verify important information from official sources before making decisions.

AI-powered filing analysis is generated by automated systems. While designed to be helpful, AI analysis may contain errors or miss important information. Always read original SEC filings for complete information.

5. Subscription and Payments

The App offers both free features and a Pro subscription with additional features.

Pro subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings.

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. We do not directly process refunds.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; use automated systems to access the App beyond normal use; redistribute or resell App content without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and code, is owned by SAS Corvaisier and protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAS CORVAISIER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INVESTMENT LOSSES, TRADING LOSSES, OR FINANCIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP OR SUBSCRIPTION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SAS Corvaisier, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rennes, France.
