SAS Corvaisier ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Signal Screener Stock Picker mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

1.1 Anonymous Identifier

When you first use the App, we generate a random anonymous identifier (UUID) to distinguish your device from others. This identifier:

1.3 Usage Data

We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the App, including app version, device type and iOS version, and feature usage patterns (aggregated, not individual).

1.4 Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The following data is stored locally on your device and synced via iCloud if enabled: watchlists and stock selections, custom screener configurations, learning progress and quiz scores, and app preferences.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect: your name, email address, or phone number; your location or GPS data; your contacts or calendar; your browsing history outside the App; any financial or banking information; any other personally identifiable information.

3. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to: provide and maintain the App's functionality; send push notifications you have opted into; manage your subscription status (via Apple); improve and optimize the App; comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing

We use the following third-party services: Apple App Store (for subscription management), Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) for sending notifications, and iCloud for syncing your local data across your devices (if enabled).

We do not sell, trade, or rent any user information to third parties. We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption. Anonymous identifiers cannot be reverse-engineered to identify you. Server infrastructure is secured with industry-standard practices.

6. Data Retention

Anonymous identifiers are retained as long as you use the App. Push notification tokens are removed when you disable notifications or uninstall the App. Local data on your device is retained until you delete the App or clear its data.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to: disable push notifications at any time via device settings; delete local App data by uninstalling the App; request deletion of your anonymous identifier by contacting us.

For users in the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR including: right to access your data, right to rectification, right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), and right to data portability.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
